 What can I help with?

  • Worrying about slow weight gain can be all-consuming. I'll help you make sure your baby is transferring enough milk - and give you the reassurance and confidence you need to keep going.

  • Nipple pain can be excruciating. Don't suffer - I'll get to the root cause of your pain - so we can ensure breastfeeding is comfortable for you.

  • Coming home from the hospital with nipple shields can leave you with many unanswered questions. I can help you use them properly to support your breastfeeding journey.

  • A shallow latch can cause pain and discomfort and affect milk transfer. I'll support you in achieving a deep latch for optimum feeding and maximum comfort.

  • Practice new positions that support your posture, general wellbeing, and lifestyle, with my professional and personal breastfeeding knowledge.

  • Has the word 'tongue tie' been mentioned? Or are you having trouble feeding, despite all your efforts with positioning and latch? Seek my expert advice for a tongue tie assessment - and advice on what to do next.

  • There are many reasons your baby may seem fussy at your breast - some of them normal (cluster feeding), and some you may need more support with. I am here to support you so you can confidently move forward.

  • If you're in pain or feeling unwell, life as a new mum can feel tough. I'll work with you to get to the root of your blocked milk ducts or mastitis - so you can be comfortable in your feeding journey.

  • Whether you've already decided to use formula or you've been advised to 'top up', I'll help you navigate this and create a sustainable plan that's best for you and your baby.

  • Do you want to pump breastmilk but are unsure where to start? Or are you expressing and feeding, and struggling with the sheer workload? I'll help you understand how best to pump your milk, store it and feed it to your baby - in a way that's best for you too.

  • Bottle feeding can be a beautiful part of your breastfeeding journey. I'll support your journey and give you expert advice on how to best bottle feed your baby.

  • A vital tool that can hugely improve a mum's breastfeeding journey. I can show you how to do this - minimising discomfort and reassuring you of your milk supply.

  • Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, if your baby is struggling with wind, 'colic', reflux or generally seems in discomfort (lots of crying), it can be so hard. Seek my support - and I'll get to the bottom of why your baby is struggling.

  • Breastfeeding is beautiful - but can be tough! If you're struggling in general, I am here to support you. Get confidence, reassurance and evidence-based advice to support your breastfeeding and motherhood journey.
